to the home page of the Real Property and Financial Services Section of
the Hawaii State Bar Association. The Section is one of the largest of the
Hawaii State Bar, with nearly 400 members. Our goal is to provide the Section
membership with opportunities for professional growth through continuing
legal education, to provide a forum for discussion of issues and recent
developments in the areas of real property and financial services law, and
to serve the community as a resource for legal information
and knowledge. We hope that you will find our Web site, together
